Acts 17:12-14

12 Many of them became Christians. Some of them were respected Greek women and men. 13 The Jews of Thessalonica heard that Paul was preaching the Word of God in Berea. They went there and worked against the missionaries by talking to the people. 14 At once the Christians sent Paul away to the sea-shore. But Silas and Timothy stayed there.

12 As a result, many of them believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men.(A)
13 But when the Jews in Thessalonica learned that Paul was preaching the word of God at Berea,(B) some of them went there too, agitating the crowds and stirring them up. 14 The believers(C) immediately sent Paul to the coast, but Silas(D) and Timothy(E) stayed at Berea.
