7 and after they came to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus did not permit them; 8 so passing by Mysia, they went down to Troas. 9 Then a vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man from [the Roman province of] [a]Macedonia was standing and pleading with him, saying, “Come over to Macedonia and help us!”

7 When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus(A) would not allow them to. 8 So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas.(B) 9 During the night Paul had a vision(C) of a man of Macedonia(D) standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.”
