18 She kept doing this for many days until Paul became annoyed, turned to her[a] and told the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus the Messiah[b] to come out of her!” And it came out that very moment.[c]
19 When her owners realized that their hope of making money was gone, they grabbed Paul and Silas and dragged them before the authorities who met together in the public square.[d] 20 They brought them before the magistrates and said, “These men are stirring up a lot of trouble in our city. They are Jews

18 She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her.(A)
