16 Nevertheless he left not himself without testimony, doing good from heaven, giving rains and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
17 And speaking these things, they scarce restrained the people from sacrificing to them.

15 “Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human,(A) like you. We are bringing you good news,(B) telling you to turn from these worthless things(C) to the living God,(D) who made the heavens and the earth(E) and the sea and everything in them.(F) 16 In the past, he let(G) all nations go their own way.(H) 17 Yet he has not left himself without testimony:(I) He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons;(J) he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.”(K)
