35 Therefore he says also in another place: You shall not suffer your Holy One to see corruption. 36 However David, after he had in his time fulfilled the will of God, slept, and was laid with his fathers, and saw corruption. 37 But he whom God raised again saw no corruption.

36 “Now when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep;(B) he was buried with his ancestors(C) and his body decayed. 37 But the one whom God raised from the dead(D) did not see decay.
