Amplified Bible
21 And the hand (the power and presence) of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord [for salvation, accepting and drawing near to Jesus as Messiah and Savior]. 22 The news of this reached the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw the grace of God [that was bestowed on them], he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with an unwavering heart to stay true and devoted to the Lord.

21 The Lord’s hand was with them,(A) and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.(B)
22 News of this reached the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas(C) to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done,(D) he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts.(E)
