¹⁵ And in those days, Peter stood up in the midst of ^(A)the brothers (a crowd of about 120 ^[a]persons was there together), and said,

^13 (A)I do not want you to be unaware, ^(B)brothers, that often I ^(C)have planned to come to you (and have been prevented so far) so that I may have some ^(D)fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles.

The Promise by Faith

^15 (A)Brothers, ^(B)I speak ^[a]in human terms: ^(C)even though it is only a man’s ^[b]covenant, yet when it has been ratified, no one sets it aside or adds ^[c]conditions to it.

¹² I beg of you, ^(A)brothers, ^(B)become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You have done me no wrong.

²⁸ And you brothers, ^(A)in accordance with Isaac, are ^(B)children of promise.

³¹ So then, brothers, we are not children of a servant-woman, ^[a]but of the free woman.
