²⁷ Hezekiah had very great wealth and honor,^(A) and he made treasuries for his silver and gold and for his precious stones, spices, shields and all kinds of valuables.

¹⁰ In the spring, King Nebuchadnezzar sent for him and brought him to Babylon,^(A) together with articles of value from the temple of the Lord, and he made Jehoiachin’s uncle,^[a] Zedekiah, king over Judah and Jerusalem.

⁸ He will also seize their gods,^(A) their metal images and their valuable articles of silver and gold and carry them off to Egypt.^(B) For some years he will leave the king of the North alone.
