2 Samuel 8:16-18
International Standard Version
16 Zeruiah’s son Joab served in charge of the army, Ahilud’s son Jehoshaphat was his personal archivist,[a] 17 Ahitub’s son Zadok and Abiathar’s son Ahimelech were priests, Seraiah[b] was his personal secretary,[c] 18 Jehoida’s son Benaiah supervised the special forces[d] and mercenaries,[e] and David’s sons were priests.[f]

16 Joab(A) son of Zeruiah was over the army; Jehoshaphat(B) son of Ahilud was recorder;(C) 17 Zadok(D) son of Ahitub and Ahimelek son of Abiathar(E) were priests; Seraiah was secretary;(F) 18 Benaiah(G) son of Jehoiada was over the Kerethites(H) and Pelethites; and David’s sons were priests.[a]
