11 And when she had set them before him to eat, he took her, and said unto her, Come, lie with me, my sister.
12 But she answered him, Nay, my brother, do not force me: for no such thing (A)ought to be done in Israel: commit not this folly.
13 And I, [a]whither shall I cause my shame to go? and thou shalt be as one of [b]the fools in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee speak to the king, for he will not deny me unto thee.

11 But when she took it to him to eat, he grabbed(A) her and said, “Come to bed with me, my sister.”(B)
12 “No, my brother!” she said to him. “Don’t force me! Such a thing should not be done in Israel!(C) Don’t do this wicked thing.(D) 13 What about me?(E) Where could I get rid of my disgrace? And what about you? You would be like one of the wicked fools in Israel. Please speak to the king; he will not keep me from being married to you.”
