Amplified Bible
28 Ahaziah went with Joram the son of Ahab to battle against Hazael king of Aram (Syria) in Ramoth-gilead; and the Arameans wounded Joram. 29 King Joram returned to Jezreel to be healed of the wounds which the Arameans had inflicted on him at Ramah when he fought against Hazael king of Aram. And Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to see Joram the son of Ahab in Jezreel, because he was sick.

New International Version
28 Ahaziah went with Joram son of Ahab to war against Hazael king of Aram at Ramoth Gilead.(A) The Arameans wounded Joram; 29 so King Joram returned to Jezreel(B) to recover from the wounds the Arameans had inflicted on him at Ramoth[a] in his battle with Hazael(C) king of Aram.
Then Ahaziah(D) son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to Jezreel to see Joram son of Ahab, because he had been wounded.
