Amplified Bible
4 [a]Mesha the king of Moab was a sheep breeder, and he used to pay [an annual tribute] to the king of Israel 100,000 lambs and the wool of 100,000 rams. 5 But when Ahab died, the king of Moab rebelled against the king of Israel.

New International Version
4 Now Mesha king of Moab(A) raised sheep, and he had to pay the king of Israel a tribute of a hundred thousand lambs(B) and the wool of a hundred thousand rams. 5 But after Ahab died, the king of Moab rebelled(C) against the king of Israel.
