2 Kings 19:30-32
New Life Version
30 And those who are left of the family of Judah will again take root and give fruit. 31 For those who are left will go out of Jerusalem. Those who are still alive will go out of Mount Zion. This will be done by the power of the Lord. 32 So this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria: He will not come to this city or shoot an arrow there. He will not come to it with a battle-covering or build a wall around it.

New International Version
30 Once more a remnant(A) of the kingdom of Judah
will take root(B) below and bear fruit above.
31 For out of Jerusalem will come a remnant,(C)
and out of Mount Zion a band of survivors.(D)
“The zeal(E) of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.
32 “Therefore this is what the Lord says concerning the king of Assyria:
“‘He will not enter this city
or shoot an arrow here.
He will not come before it with shield
or build a siege ramp against it.
