21 The people of Judah then took Azariah who was sixteen years old, and they made him king in the place of his father Amaziah. 22 He rebuilt Elath and restored it to Judah after the king was sleeping with his fathers.
23 Jeroboam II of Israel.[a] Jeroboam, the son of Joash, became the king of Israel in Samaria during the fifteenth year of the reign of Amaziah, the son of Joash, the king of Judah. He reigned for forty-one years.

New International Version
21 Then all the people of Judah took Azariah,[a](A) who was sixteen years old, and made him king in place of his father Amaziah. 22 He was the one who rebuilt Elath(B) and restored it to Judah after Amaziah rested with his ancestors.
Jeroboam II King of Israel
23 In the fifteenth year of Amaziah son of Joash king of Judah, Jeroboam(C) son of Jehoash king of Israel became king in Samaria, and he reigned forty-one years.
