21 And all the people of Judah took [a]Azariah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king in the place of his father Amaziah. 22 (A)He built Elath and restored it to Judah after the king slept with his fathers.
Jeroboam II Reigns over Israel
23 In the fifteenth year of Amaziah the son of Joash king of Judah, Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel became king in Samaria and reigned forty-one years.

21 Then all the people of Judah took Azariah,[a](A) who was sixteen years old, and made him king in place of his father Amaziah. 22 He was the one who rebuilt Elath(B) and restored it to Judah after Amaziah rested with his ancestors.
