2 Kings 11:19-21
New Life Version
19 Jehoiada took the captains and the men who watch over the king, and the soldiers and all the people of the land. They brought the king down from the house of the Lord, by the way of the soldiers’ gate, to the king’s house. And he sat on the throne of the kings. 20 So all the people of the land were filled with joy, and the city was quiet. For they had put Athaliah to death with the sword at the king’s house.
21 Joash was seven years old when he became king.

New International Version
19 He took with him the commanders of hundreds, the Carites,(A) the guards and all the people of the land, and together they brought the king down from the temple of the Lord and went into the palace, entering by way of the gate of the guards. The king then took his place on the royal throne. 20 All the people of the land rejoiced,(B) and the city was calm, because Athaliah had been slain with the sword at the palace.
