27 I have worked very hard, and I have been in pain. Many times I have not slept. I have often been hungry and thirsty. Many times I have had no food. I have often been cold and without enough clothes.
28 All these troubles have happened to me. But also, every day I have trouble in my mind. I worry about the believers in all the churches. 29 When one of these believers is weak, then I feel weak too. When something causes one of them to do something wrong, then I am very upset.

27 I have labored and toiled(A) and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food;(B) I have been cold and naked. 28 Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.(C) 29 Who is weak, and I do not feel weak?(D) Who is led into sin,(E) and I do not inwardly burn?
