2 Chronicles 7:16-18
Darby Translation
16 for I have now chosen and hallowed this house, that my name may be there for ever; and mine eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually.
17 And [as for] thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and mine ordinances;
18 then will I establish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to rule over Israel.

16 I have chosen(A) and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.
17 “As for you, if you walk before me faithfully(B) as David your father did, and do all I command, and observe my decrees(C) and laws, 18 I will establish your royal throne, as I covenanted(D) with David your father when I said, ‘You shall never fail to have a successor(E) to rule over Israel.’(F)
