¹⁴ and my people, who bear my name, humble themselves, pray and seek my face, and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.^(A)

³⁴ No longer will one teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’^(A) for they will all know me, from the least to the greatest of them”^(B)—this is the Lord’s declaration. “For I will forgive their iniquity^(C) and never again remember their sin.

⁸ I will purify them from all the iniquity they have committed against me,^(A) and I will forgive all the iniquities they have committed against me, rebelling against me.

³¹ I will punish him, his descendants, and his officers for their iniquity. I will bring on them, on the residents of Jerusalem, and on the people of Judah all the disaster, which I warned them about but they did not listen.’”
