25 Then the whole congregation of Judah rejoiced, as did the priests and the Levites, the whole congregation from Israel, the immigrants who had come from the land of Israel, and those who lived in Judah. 26 There was great joy in Jerusalem. Nothing like this had taken place in Jerusalem since the days of Israel’s King Solomon, David’s son. 27 Then the levitical priests blessed the people, and their voice was heard when their prayer reached God’s holy dwelling in heaven.

25 The entire assembly of Judah rejoiced, along with the priests and Levites and all who had assembled from Israel(A), including the foreigners who had come from Israel and also those who resided in Judah. 26 There was great joy in Jerusalem, for since the days of Solomon(B) son of David king of Israel there had been nothing like this in Jerusalem. 27 The priests and the Levites stood to bless(C) the people, and God heard them, for their prayer reached heaven, his holy dwelling place.
