21 (A)I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of His chosen angels, to maintain these principles without bias, doing nothing in a spirit of partiality. 22 (B)Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and [a]thereby share (C)responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself [b]free from sin.
23 No longer drink water exclusively, but (D)use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.

22 Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands,(B) and do not share in the sins of others.(C) Keep yourself pure.(D)
23 Stop drinking only water, and use a little wine(E) because of your stomach and your frequent illnesses.
