21 ¶ (A)[a]I charge thee before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect Angels, that thou observe these things, without preferring one to another, and do nothing partially.
22 [b]Lay hands [c]suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins; keep thyself pure.
23 [d]Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake, and thine often infirmities.

- 1 Timothy 5:21 The fourth rule: Let sincerity be used without any prejudice or respect of persons in Ecclesiastical proceedings, (especially against the Elders) because God himself is there present, and the Lord Jesus Christ with a multitude of Angels.

21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus(A) and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism.
22 Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands,(B) and do not share in the sins of others.(C) Keep yourself pure.(D)
23 Stop drinking only water, and use a little wine(E) because of your stomach and your frequent illnesses.
