1 Timothy 5:18-20
International Standard Version
18 For the Scripture says, “You must not muzzle an ox while it is treading out grain,”[a] and, “A worker deserves his pay.”[b] 19 Do not accept an accusation against an elder unless it is supported “by two or three witnesses.”[c] 20 As for those who keep on sinning, rebuke them in front of everyone so that the rest will also be afraid.

18 For Scripture says, “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain,”[a](A) and “The worker deserves his wages.”[b](B) 19 Do not entertain an accusation against an elder(C) unless it is brought by two or three witnesses.(D) 20 But those elders who are sinning you are to reprove(E) before everyone, so that the others may take warning.(F)
