10 And let these also first be tested, then let them be serving[a], being blameless. 11 Their wives[b] similarly must be honorable, not slanderous, sober, faithful in all things. 12 Let deacons be men of one woman, leading their children and their own households well.

New International Version
10 They must first be tested;(A) and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.
11 In the same way, the women[a] are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers(B) but temperate(C) and trustworthy in everything.
12 A deacon must be faithful to his wife(D) and must manage his children and his household well.(E)
