(A)So Saul asked of Yahweh, but (B)Yahweh did not answer him, either by (C)dreams or by (D)Urim or by prophets. So Saul said to his servants, “Seek for me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him, “Behold, (E)there is a woman who is a medium at (F)En-dor.”

Then Saul (G)disguised himself and put on other clothes, and he went, he and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night; and he said, “(H)Divine for me, please, and (I)bring up for me whom I shall say to you.”

“There is one in Endor,(F)” they said.

So Saul disguised(G) himself, putting on other clothes, and at night he and two men went to the woman. “Consult(H) a spirit for me,” he said, “and bring up for me the one I name.”
