17 And when David had made an end of speaking these words to Saul, Saul said: Is this thy voice, my son David? And Saul lifted up his voice, and wept.

15 May the Lord be our judge(A) and decide(B) between us. May he consider my cause and uphold(C) it; may he vindicate(D) me by delivering(E) me from your hand.”
16 When David finished saying this, Saul asked, “Is that your voice,(F) David my son?” And he wept aloud. 17 “You are more righteous than I,”(G) he said. “You have treated me well,(H) but I have treated you badly.(I)
