18 Now David fled and escaped and came (A)to Samuel at Ramah and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and stayed in (B)Naioth. 19 And it was told to Saul, saying, “Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.” 20 Then (C)Saul sent messengers to take David, but they saw (D)the company of the prophets prophesying, with Samuel standing and presiding over them. And the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul; and (E)they also prophesied.

New International Version
18 When David had fled and made his escape, he went to Samuel at Ramah(A) and told him all that Saul had done to him. Then he and Samuel went to Naioth and stayed there. 19 Word came to Saul: “David is in Naioth at Ramah”; 20 so he sent men to capture him. But when they saw a group of prophets(B) prophesying, with Samuel standing there as their leader, the Spirit of God came on(C) Saul’s men, and they also prophesied.(D)
