8 You are to go down ahead of me to Gilgal, and then I’ll come down to offer burnt offerings and to sacrifice peace offerings. You are to wait seven days until I come to you to let you know what you are to do.”
The Spirit of God Comes on Saul
9 Now it happened as Saul[a] turned his back to leave Samuel, that God gave him another heart,[b] and all these signs occurred on that day. 10 When they arrived there at Gibeah,[c] a band of prophets was right there to meet them. The Spirit of God came upon Saul,[d] and he prophesied[e] along with them.

9 As Saul turned to leave Samuel, God changed(C) Saul’s heart, and all these signs(D) were fulfilled(E) that day. 10 When he and his servant arrived at Gibeah, a procession of prophets met him; the Spirit(F) of God came powerfully upon him, and he joined in their prophesying.(G)
