Darby Translation
14 And the king turned his face, and blessed the whole congregation of Israel; and the whole congregation of Israel stood.
15 And he said: Blessed be Jehovah the God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth unto David my father, and hath with his hand fulfilled it, saying,
16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house in, that my name might be there; but I have chosen David to be over my people Israel.

New International Version
14 While the whole assembly of Israel was standing there, the king turned around and blessed(A) them. 15 Then he said:
“Praise be to the Lord,(B) the God of Israel, who with his own hand has fulfilled what he promised with his own mouth to my father David. For he said, 16 ‘Since the day I brought my people Israel out of Egypt,(C) I have not chosen a city in any tribe of Israel to have a temple built so that my Name(D) might be there, but I have chosen(E) David(F) to rule my people Israel.’
