2 Later, this message came to him from the Lord: 3 “Leave here and go into hiding at the Wadi[a] Cherith, where it enters the Jordan River.[b] 4 You will be able to drink from that brook, and I’ve commanded some crows to sustain you there.”

Elijah Fed by Ravens
2 Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah: 3 “Leave here, turn eastward and hide(A) in the Kerith Ravine, east of the Jordan. 4 You will drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens(B) to supply you with food there.”
