16 He will give up Israel because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he sinned and made Israel to sin.”
17 Then Jeroboam’s wife got up and left and came to Tirzah. As she came to the door of the house, the child died. 18 And all Israel buried him and had sorrow for him, as the Word of God was spoken through His servant Ahijah the man who spoke for God.

17 Then Jeroboam’s wife got up and left and went to Tirzah.(B) As soon as she stepped over the threshold of the house, the boy died. 18 They buried him, and all Israel mourned for him, as the Lord had said through his servant the prophet Ahijah.
