Disciples’ Literal New Testament
44 It is sown a natural[a] body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is[b] a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45 So also it has been written [in Gen 2:7], “The first man, Adam, became a living soul”. The Last Adam[c] became a life-giving[d] spirit. 46 But the spiritual body is not first— but the natural body, then the spiritual.
