27 (A)For the scripture says, “God put all things under his feet.” It is clear, of course, that the words “all things” do not include God himself, who puts all things under Christ.

27 For he “has put everything under his feet.”[a](A) Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ.(B)

It says that God made them “rulers over all things”; this clearly includes everything. We do not, however, see human beings ruling over all things now.
