13 For it was by one Spirit that we were all immersed into one body, whether Jews or Gentiles, slaves or free; and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
14 For indeed the body is not one part but many. 15 If the foot says, “I’m not a hand, so I’m not part of the body,” that doesn’t make it stop being part of the body.

13 For we were all baptized(A) by[a] one Spirit(B) so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free(C)—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.(D) 14 Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.(E)
15 Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body.
