1 Corinthians 11:25-27
GOD’S WORD Translation
25 When supper was over, he did the same with the cup. He said, “This cup is the new promise [a] made with my blood. Every time you drink from it, do it to remember me.” 26 Every time you eat this bread and drink from this cup, you tell about the Lord’s death until he comes.
27 Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks from the Lord’s cup in an improper way will be held responsible for the Lord’s body and blood.

25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant(A) in my blood;(B) do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.(C)
27 So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.(D)
