1 Chronicles 29:21-23

²¹On the next day they made sacrifices to the Lord and offered burnt offerings to the Lord: one thousand bulls, one thousand rams, and one thousand lambs. There were drink offerings and other sacrifices in abundance for all of Israel. ²²They ate and drank before the Lord that day with great joy.^[a]

Then they acknowledged Solomon, the son of David, as king a second time, and they anointed him before the Lord to be ruler and Zadok to be priest. ²³Solomon sat on the throne of the Lord in the place of David, his father. He prospered and everyone in Israel obeyed him. Read full chapter

Solomon Acknowledged as King^(A)

²¹The next day they made sacrifices to the Lord and presented burnt offerings to him:^(B) a thousand bulls, a thousand rams and a thousand male lambs, together with their drink offerings, and other sacrifices in abundance for all Israel.^(C) ²²They ate and drank with great joy^(D) in the presence of the Lord that day.

Then they acknowledged Solomon son of David as king a second time, anointing him before the Lord to be ruler and Zadok^(E) to be priest. ²³So Solomon sat^(F) on the throne^(G) of the Lord as king in place of his father David. He prospered and all Israel obeyed him.
