136 絶え間なく恵みを注いでくださる主に感謝しなさい。
2 神の神であられるお方に感謝しなさい。
その恵みはいつまでも絶えることがありません。
3 主の主に感謝しなさい。
その恵みはいつまでも絶えません。
4 すばらしい奇跡をなさる、
ただひとりのお方をほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
5 天を造られたお方をほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは永遠のものです。
6 地中に水脈を巡らされたお方をほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
7 天に明かりをともされたお方をほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
8-9 昼のために太陽を、夜のために月と星とを
造られたお方の恵みは、絶えることなく続きます。
10 エジプト人の長男を打ち滅ぼした
神をほめたたえなさい。
イスラエルへの恵みは絶えることがありません。
11-12 神は、大いなる力によって
イスラエルの人々をエジプトから連れ出し、
敵に対しては、こぶしを振り上げました。
イスラエルへの恵みは絶えることがありません。
13 紅海を二つに分け、道を開いてくださった主を、
ほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
14 主は人々に、その道を無事に通らせてくださいました。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
15 敵であるエジプト王の軍隊はおぼれてしまいました。
イスラエルへの神の恵みは、絶えることがありません。
16 荒野を旅する間も導いてくださったお方を、
ほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
17 強大な諸国の王の手から救い出してくださったお方を、
ほめたたえなさい。
その恵みは絶えることがありません。
18 勇名をとどろかせた敵の王たちも、
主の手で打たれました。
イスラエルへの神の恵みは、
絶えることがありません。
19-20 エモリ人の王シホンも、バシャンの王オグも、
神の手にかかって殺されました。
イスラエルへの恵みは絶えることがありません。
21 これらの王の領地は、イスラエルのものになりました。
神の恵みは絶えることがありません。
22 そうです、主に仕えるイスラエルへの、
変わることのない贈り物としてです。

23 主は、私たちがどれほど弱い存在か、
知っていてくださいます。

6 who spread out the earth(K) upon the waters,(L)

7 who made the great lights(M)—

8 the sun to govern(N) the day,

9 the moon and stars to govern the night;

10 to him who struck down the firstborn(O) of Egypt

11 and brought Israel out(P) from among them
