दाऊद क एक ठु गीत।
1 मइँ पिरेम अउ खरेपन क गीत गाउब।
यहोवा मइँ तोहरे बरे गाउब।
2 मइँ पूरी सावधानी स सुद्ध जिन्नगी बिताउब।
मइँ आपन घर मँ सुद्ध जिन्नगी जिअब।
हे यहोवा तू मोरे लगे कब अउब्या?
3 मइँ कउनो भी बियर्थ मूरति समन्वा नाहीं राखब।
जब लोग तोहार खिलाफ विद्रोह करत हीं तउ मइँ इ स घिना करत हउँ।
मइँ कबहुँ भी एकर हिस्सा नाहीं बनब।
4 मइँ इमानदार रहब।
मइँ बुरा काम स कबहुँ सम्बंध नाहीं राखब।
5 अगर कउनो मनई छिप छिपके आपन पड़ोसी बरे चुगली कहइ,
मइँ ओनका रोकब।
मइँ डींग हाँकइवाला
अउर महत्वाकांच्छी व्यक्तियन क सहन नाहीं करब।
6 मइँ आपन संग काम करई बरे बिस्सासी लोगन क दूढ़ता हउँ।
सिरिफ ओन लोग मोर सेवक होइ सकत हीं
जउन इमानदारी स जिन्नगी जिअत हीं।
7 मइँ आपन घरे मँ अइसे लोगन क रहइ नाहीं देब जउन झूठ बोलत हीं।
मइँ झूठ लोगन क आपन लगे भी फटकइ नाहीं देब।
8 मइँ ओन दुट्ठन क सदा ही नस्ट करब, जउन इ देस मँ रहत हीं।
मइँ ओन दुट्ठ लोगन क मजबूर करब, कि उ पचे यहोवा क नगर क तजि देइँ।

Of David. A psalm.
1 I will sing of your love(A) and justice;
to you, Lord, I will sing praise.
2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life(B)—
when will you come to me?
I will conduct the affairs(C) of my house
with a blameless heart.
3 I will not look with approval
on anything that is vile.(D)
I hate what faithless people do;(E)
I will have no part in it.
4 The perverse of heart(F) shall be far from me;
I will have nothing to do with what is evil.
5 Whoever slanders their neighbor(G) in secret,
I will put to silence;
whoever has haughty eyes(H) and a proud heart,
I will not tolerate.
6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,
that they may dwell with me;
the one whose walk is blameless(I)
will minister to me.
7 No one who practices deceit
will dwell in my house;
no one who speaks falsely
will stand in my presence.
