گۆرانی گەشتیاران.
128 خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەو کەسەی لە یەزدان بترسێت،
ڕێگای ئەو بگرێتەبەر.
2 کە بەری ڕەنجی دەستی خۆت دەخۆیت،
خۆزگەت پێ دەخوازرێت و چاکیشە بۆت.
3 ژنەکەت وەک دار مێوێکی بەردار دەبێت لەناو ماڵەکەت،
کوڕەکانت وەک شەتڵە زەیتوون دەبن لە دەوری خوانەکەت.
4 ئەو کەسەی لە یەزدان بترسێت
ئاوا بەرەکەتدار دەبێت.
5 یەزدان لە سییۆن بەرەکەتدارت بکات،
چاکەی ئۆرشەلیم ببینیت
هەموو ڕۆژانی ژیانت و
6 منداڵی منداڵەکانت ببینیت!
ئاشتی بۆ ئیسرائیل!

1 Blessed are all who fear the Lord,(A)
who walk in obedience to him.(B)
2 You will eat the fruit of your labor;(C)
blessings and prosperity(D) will be yours.
3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine(E)
within your house;
your children(F) will be like olive shoots(G)
around your table.
4 Yes, this will be the blessing(H)
for the man who fears the Lord.(I)

128 Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.
2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.
5 The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
