کاہنوں کے خاص لباس
39 کا ریگروں نے نیلے ، لال اور بیگنی کپڑو ں کے خاص لباس کا ہنوں کے لئے بنا ئے جنہیں وہ مقدس جگہ میں خدمت کے وقت پہنتے تھے اُنہوں نے ہا رون کے لئے بھی ویسے ہی خاص لباس بنا ئے جیسا خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
ایفود
2 انہوں نے ایفود پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں اور نیلے ، لال اور بیگنی کپڑے سے بنا یا۔ 3 ( انہوں نے سونے کو پتلا پتر کی شکل میں پیٹا اور تب انہوں نے اس سونے کو لمبے دھا گوں کی شکل میں کا ٹا۔ انہوں نے سونے کو نیلے بیگنی لال کپڑے اور پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں میں جڑ دیا۔ یہ کام بہت ہی ما ہر آدمی کا تھا جو کیا گیا )۔ 4 انہوں نے ایفود کے کندھوں کی پیٹیاں بنا ئیں اور کندھے کی ان پیٹیوں کو کندھے پر ٹانکا۔ 5 انہوں نے کمر بند اسی طرح بنا یا۔ یہ ایفود سے جڑا ہوا تھا۔ یہ سونے کے تار ، پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشے ، نیلا ، لال ، اور بیگنی کپڑے سے ویسا ہی بنا جیسا خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
6 کا ریگروں نے پتھروں کو سونے کی پٹی میں جڑا۔ انہوں نے اسرائیل کے بیٹوں کے نام ان پتھروں پر لکھے۔ 7 تب انہوں نے جوا ہرات ایفود کے کندھے کی پٹی پر لگا یا۔ دونوں پتھر اسرائیل کے تمام بیٹوں کی یادگار تھے۔ یہ ویسا ہی کیا گیا جیسا خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
عدل کا سینہ بند
8 تب انہوں نے عدل کا سینہ بند بنایا۔ یہ اسی ماہر کا ریگر کا کام تھا جس نے عدل کا سینہ بند ایفود کی طرح بنا یا تھا۔ یہ سونے کے تار ، پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں نیلا ، لال اور بیگنی کپڑے کا بنا یا گیا تھا۔ 9 عدل کا سینہ بند مربع نُما شکل میں دہرا تہہ کیا ہوا تھا۔ یہ ۹ اِنچ لمبا اور ۹ اِنچ چوڑا تھا۔ 10 تب کاریگر نے اس پر خوبصورت نگوں کو چار قطا روں میں جو ڑا۔ پہلی قطا ر میں ایک لال ایک ایک پُکھراج اور ایک زمرد تھا۔ 11 دُوسری قطا ر میں ایک فیروزہ ایک نیلم اور ایک پنّا تھا۔ 12 تیسری قطا ر میں لشم ، عقیق اور ایک یاقوت تھا۔ 13 چوتھی قطا ر میں ایک زبر جد ایک سنگ سلیمانی اور یشم تھے۔ یہ سب قیمتی پتھر سونے میں جڑے تھے۔ 14 ان بارہ قیمتی پتھروں پر اسرائیل کے بارہ بیٹوں کے نام اُسی طرح لکھے گئے تھے جس طرح ایک کاریگر مہر پر کھود تا ہے۔ اسرائیل کے بیٹوں کے ہر ایک پتھر پر بارہ قبیلوں میں سے ایک ایک کانام اس پر لکھا تھا۔
15 عدل کے سینہ بند کے لئے خالص سونے کی ایک زنجیر بنا ئی گئی یہ رسّی کی طرح گتھی ہو ئی تھی۔ 16 کاریگروں نے سونے کی دو پٹیاں اور ۲ سونے کے چھلّے بنا ئے۔ انہوں نے دونوں چھلّوں کو عدل کے سینہ بند کے کو نوں پر لگا یا۔ 17 تب انہوں نے دونوں سونے کی زنجیروں کو عدل کے سینہ بند کے دونوں چھلوں میں باندھا۔ 18 انہوں نے سونے کی زنجیروں کے دوسرے سروں کو ایفود کی پٹیوں پر باندھا۔ 19 تب انہوں نے دو اور سونے کے چھلے بنا ئے اور عدل کے سینہ بند کے نچلے کو نوں پر انہیں لگا یا۔ انہوں نے چھلوں کو چغہ کے اندر ایفود کے روبرو لگا یا۔ 20 انہوں نے ایفود کے سامنے کی طرف کندھے کی پٹی کے نیچے سونے کے دو چھلے لگا ئے یہ چھلّے بالکل کمر بند کے اوپر تھے۔ 21 تب انہوں نے ایک نیلی پٹی کا استعمال کیا اور عدل کے سینہ بند کے چھلّوں کو ایفود کے چھلّوں سے باندھا۔ اس طرح عدل کے سینہ بند پٹی کے نزدیک لگا رہا یہ گِر نہیں سکتا تھا۔ انہوں نے یہ سب چیزیں ویسی ہی کیں جیسا کہ خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
کا ہن کے دوسرے لباس
22 تب انہوں نے ایفود کے نیچے کا چغّہ بنا یا۔ انہوں نے اُسے نیلے کپڑے سے بنا یا یہ ایک ما ہر آدمی کا کام تھا۔ 23 کپڑے کے ٹھیک بیچ میں سر کے لئے ایک سوراخ بنا ؤ۔ اس کے چاروں طرف کپڑے کا ایک ٹکڑا سی کر لگا دو تا کہ وہ پھٹ نہ سکے۔
24 تب اُنہوں نے پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں نیلے ، لال اور بیگنی کپڑے سے پھُند نے بنائے جو انار کی مانند نیچے لٹکے تھے۔ انہوں نے ان اناروں کو چغّہ کے نیچے کے سِرے پر چاروں طرف باندھا۔ 25 تب انہوں نے خالص سونے کی گھنٹیاں بنا ئیں۔ انہوں نے انا روں کے بیچ چغے کے نیچے کے سِرے کے چاروں طرف اُنہیں باندھا۔ 26 چغّہ کے نیچے کے سِرے کے چاروں طرف انار اور گھنٹیاں لٹک رہی تھیں۔ ہر ایک انار کے ساتھ ایک گھنٹی تھی۔ کا ہن اُ س چغہ کو ا س وقت پہنتا تھا جب وہ خداوند کی خدمت کر تا تھا۔ جیسا کہ خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
27 کا ریگروں نے ہا رون اور اُس کے بیٹوں کے لئے چغے بنا ئے۔ یہ چغے پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں سے بنائے گئے تھے۔ 28 اور کاریگروں نے پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں کے صافے انہوں نے سر کی پگڑیاں اور اندرونی لباس بھی بنا ئے۔ انہوں نے ان چیزوں کو پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں سے بنا یا۔ 29 تب انہوں نے کمر بند کو پٹ سن کے عمدہ ریشوں، نیلے ، بیگنی اور لال کپڑے سے بنایا۔ کپڑوں پر کڑھا ئی کا کام کیا گیا تھا۔ یہ چیزیں اُسی طرح بنا ئی گئیں جیسا کہ خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
30 تب انہوں نے مقدس پگڑی کے لئے سونے کا پتّر بنا یا۔ انہوں ے اُس سونے کے پتّر پر یہ الفاظ لکھے: “خداوند کے لئے مقدس” 31 تب انہوں نے پتّر سے ایک نیلی پٹّی باندھی اور اُسے پگڑی پر اُس طرح باندھا جیسے خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔
موسیٰ کا مُقدّس خیمہ کا معائنہ کر نا
32 اس طرح خیمہٴ اجتماع کا تمام کام پو را ہو گیا۔ بنی اسرائیلیوں نے ہر چیز ٹھیک اسی طرح بنا ئی جس طرح خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا۔ 33 تب انہوں نے خیمٴہ اجتماع موسیٰ کو دکھا یا۔ اُنہوں نے اُسے خیمہ اور اس کے اندر کی تمام چیزیں دکھا ئیں۔ انہوں نے اسے چھلے ، چھڑے ، تختے، کھمبے اور بنیا دیں دکھا ئے۔ 34 انہوں نے اس خیمہ کا عمدہ چمڑے سے بنا یا ہوا غِلاف دکھا یا جو لال رنگ سے رنگی ہو ئی مینڈھے کی کھا ل سے بنا تھا۔ اور انہوں نے وہ غِلاف دکھا یا جو عمدہ چمڑے کا بناتھا اور انہوں نے وہ پر دہ دکھا یا جو داخلہ کے دروازے سے سب سے زیاد مقدس جگہ کو ڈ ھا نکتا تھا۔
35 انہوں نے موسیٰ کو معاہدہ کا صندوق دکھا یا۔ انہوں نے صندوق کو لے جانے وا لی لکڑیاں اور صندوق کے ڈھکنے وا لے سرپوش کو دکھا یا۔ 36 انہوں نے مخصوص روٹی کی میز اور اُس پر رہنے وا لی تمام چیزیں اور ساتھ میں خاص روٹی موسیٰ کو دکھا ئی۔ 37 انہوں نے موسیٰ کو خا لص سونے کا شمعدان اور اُس پر رکھے ہو ئے شمع کو دکھا یا۔ انہوں نے نیلی اور دوسری تمام چیزیں موسیٰ کو دکھا ئیں جنکا استعمال شمعوں کے ساتھ ہو تا تھا۔ 38 انہوں نے اسے سونے کی قربان گا ہ ، مسح کر نے کا تیل ، خوشبو اور بخور اور خیمہ کے داخل دروازہ کو ڈھانکنے وا لے پر دہ کو دکھا یا۔ 39 انہو ں کانسہ کی قربان گا ہ اور کانسہ کی جا لی کو دکھا یا۔ انہوں نے قربان گا ہ کو لے جانے کے لئے بنے ڈنڈوں کو بھی موسیٰ کو دکھا یا ِ۔ اور انہوں نے ان تمام چیزوں کو دکھا یا جو قربان گاہ پر کام میں آتی تھیں۔ انہوں نے سلفچی اور اُ سکے نیچے کی بنیاد دکھا ئی۔
40 انہوں نے آنگن کے چارو ں طرف پردوں کو کھمبوں ، بنیادوں کے ساتھ موسیٰ کو دکھا یا۔ اُنہوں نے اُ سکو اُ س پردہ کو دکھا یا جو آنگن کے داخلی دروازہ کو ڈھکا تھا۔ انہوں نے اسے رسیوں اور کانسہ کی خیمہ وا لی کھونٹیاں دکھا ئیں۔ انہوں نے خیمہ اجتماع میں تمام چیزیں دکھا ئیں۔
41 تب انہوں نے موسیٰ کو مقدس جگہ میں خدمت کر نے وا لے کا ہنوں کے لئے بنے لباس کو دکھا یا۔ کا ہن ہا رون اور اس کا بیٹا اس لباس کو اس وقت پہنتے تھے جب وہ کا ہن کے طور پر خدمت کرتے تھے۔
42 خداوند نے موسیٰ کو جیسا حکم دیا تھا بنی اسرائیلیوں نے تمام کام بالکل اسی طرح کئے۔ 43 موسیٰ نے تمام کاموں کو غور سے دیکھا کہ سب کا م ٹھیک اُسی طرح ہو ئے جیسا خداوند نے حکم دیا تھا۔ اس لئے موسیٰ نے اُن کو دُعا دی۔

The Priestly Garments
39 From the blue, purple and scarlet yarn(A) they made woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary.(B) They also made sacred garments(C) for Aaron, as the Lord commanded Moses.
The Ephod(D)
2 They[a] made the ephod of gold, and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely twisted linen. 3 They hammered out thin sheets of gold and cut strands to be worked into the blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen—the work of skilled hands. 4 They made shoulder pieces for the ephod, which were attached to two of its corners, so it could be fastened. 5 Its skillfully woven waistband was like it—of one piece with the ephod and made with gold, and with blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and with finely twisted linen, as the Lord commanded Moses.
6 They mounted the onyx stones in gold filigree settings and engraved them like a seal with the names of the sons of Israel. 7 Then they fastened them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial(E) stones for the sons of Israel, as the Lord commanded Moses.
The Breastpiece(F)
8 They fashioned the breastpiece(G)—the work of a skilled craftsman. They made it like the ephod: of gold, and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely twisted linen. 9 It was square—a span[b] long and a span wide—and folded double. 10 Then they mounted four rows of precious stones on it. The first row was carnelian, chrysolite and beryl; 11 the second row was turquoise, lapis lazuli and emerald; 12 the third row was jacinth, agate and amethyst; 13 the fourth row was topaz, onyx and jasper.[c] They were mounted in gold filigree settings. 14 There were twelve stones, one for each of the names of the sons of Israel, each engraved like a seal with the name of one of the twelve tribes.(H)
15 For the breastpiece they made braided chains of pure gold, like a rope. 16 They made two gold filigree settings and two gold rings, and fastened the rings to two of the corners of the breastpiece. 17 They fastened the two gold chains to the rings at the corners of the breastpiece, 18 and the other ends of the chains to the two settings, attaching them to the shoulder pieces of the ephod at the front. 19 They made two gold rings and attached them to the other two corners of the breastpiece on the inside edge next to the ephod. 20 Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the bottom of the shoulder pieces on the front of the ephod, close to the seam just above the waistband of the ephod. 21 They tied the rings of the breastpiece to the rings of the ephod with blue cord, connecting it to the waistband so that the breastpiece would not swing out from the ephod—as the Lord commanded Moses.
Other Priestly Garments(I)
22 They made the robe of the ephod entirely of blue cloth—the work of a weaver— 23 with an opening in the center of the robe like the opening of a collar,[d] and a band around this opening, so that it would not tear. 24 They made pomegranates of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen around the hem of the robe. 25 And they made bells of pure gold and attached them around the hem between the pomegranates. 26 The bells and pomegranates alternated around the hem of the robe to be worn for ministering, as the Lord commanded Moses.
27 For Aaron and his sons, they made tunics of fine linen(J)—the work of a weaver— 28 and the turban(K) of fine linen, the linen caps and the undergarments of finely twisted linen. 29 The sash was made of finely twisted linen and blue, purple and scarlet yarn—the work of an embroiderer—as the Lord commanded Moses.
30 They made the plate, the sacred emblem, out of pure gold and engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: holy to the Lord.(L) 31 Then they fastened a blue cord to it to attach it to the turban,(M) as the Lord commanded Moses.
Moses Inspects the Tabernacle(N)
32 So all the work on the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, was completed. The Israelites did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses.(O) 33 Then they brought the tabernacle(P) to Moses: the tent and all its furnishings, its clasps, frames, crossbars, posts and bases; 34 the covering of ram skins dyed red and the covering of another durable leather[e] and the shielding curtain; 35 the ark of the covenant law(Q) with its poles and the atonement cover; 36 the table(R) with all its articles and the bread of the Presence;(S) 37 the pure gold lampstand(T) with its row of lamps and all its accessories,(U) and the olive oil(V) for the light; 38 the gold altar,(W) the anointing oil,(X) the fragrant incense,(Y) and the curtain(Z) for the entrance to the tent; 39 the bronze altar(AA) with its bronze grating, its poles and all its utensils; the basin(AB) with its stand; 40 the curtains of the courtyard with its posts and bases, and the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard;(AC) the ropes and tent pegs for the courtyard; all the furnishings for the tabernacle, the tent of meeting; 41 and the woven garments(AD) worn for ministering in the sanctuary, both the sacred garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons when serving as priests.
42 The Israelites had done all the work just as the Lord had commanded Moses.(AE) 43 Moses inspected the work and saw that they had done it just as the Lord had commanded.(AF) So Moses blessed(AG) them.

2 And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
3 And they did beat the gold into thin plates, and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet, and in the fine linen, with cunning work.
4 They made shoulderpieces for it, to couple it together: by the two edges was it coupled together.
5 And the curious girdle of his ephod, that was upon it, was of the same, according to the work thereof; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen; as the Lord commanded Moses.
6 And they wrought onyx stones inclosed in ouches of gold, graven, as signets are graven, with the names of the children of Israel.
7 And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, that they should be stones for a memorial to the children of Israel; as the Lord commanded Moses.
8 And he made the breastplate of cunning work, like the work of the ephod; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
9 It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: a span was the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, being doubled.
10 And they set in it four rows of stones: the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this was the first row.
11 And the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
12 And the third row, a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
13 And the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper: they were inclosed in ouches of gold in their inclosings.
14 And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.
15 And they made upon the breastplate chains at the ends, of wreathen work of pure gold.
16 And they made two ouches of gold, and two gold rings; and put the two rings in the two ends of the breastplate.
17 And they put the two wreathen chains of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breastplate.
18 And the two ends of the two wreathen chains they fastened in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod, before it.
19 And they made two rings of gold, and put them on the two ends of the breastplate, upon the border of it, which was on the side of the ephod inward.
20 And they made two other golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward the forepart of it, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle of the ephod.
21 And they did bind the breastplate by his rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it might be above the curious girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod; as the Lord commanded Moses.
22 And he made the robe of the ephod of woven work, all of blue.
23 And there was an hole in the midst of the robe, as the hole of an habergeon, with a band round about the hole, that it should not rend.
24 And they made upon the hems of the robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen.
25 And they made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates upon the hem of the robe, round about between the pomegranates;
26 A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, round about the hem of the robe to minister in; as the Lord commanded Moses.
27 And they made coats of fine linen of woven work for Aaron, and for his sons,
28 And a mitre of fine linen, and goodly bonnets of fine linen, and linen breeches of fine twined linen,
29 And a girdle of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, of needlework; as the Lord commanded Moses.
30 And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, like to the engravings of a signet, Holiness To The Lord.
31 And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the Lord commanded Moses.
32 Thus was all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation finished: and the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so did they.
33 And they brought the tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all his furniture, his taches, his boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his sockets,
34 And the covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of badgers' skins, and the vail of the covering,
35 The ark of the testimony, and the staves thereof, and the mercy seat,
36 The table, and all the vessels thereof, and the shewbread,
37 The pure candlestick, with the lamps thereof, even with the lamps to be set in order, and all the vessels thereof, and the oil for light,
38 And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging for the tabernacle door,
39 The brasen altar, and his grate of brass, his staves, and all his vessels, the laver and his foot,
40 The hangings of the court, his pillars, and his sockets, and the hanging for the court gate, his cords, and his pins, and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of the congregation,
41 The cloths of service to do service in the holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and his sons' garments, to minister in the priest's office.
42 According to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so the children of Israel made all the work.
43 And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the Lord had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.
