²⁸ the clouds pour down their moisture
    and abundant showers^(A) fall on mankind.^(B)

⁶ He says to the snow,^(A) ‘Fall on the earth,’
    and to the rain shower, ‘Be a mighty downpour.’^(B)

¹⁶ When he thunders,^(A) the waters in the heavens roar;
    he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth.
He sends lightning with the rain^(B)
    and brings out the wind from his storehouses.^(C)
