Psalm 11:5
The Lord trieth the righteous; but the wicked and him that loveth violence, His soul hateth.
Jehovah trieth the righteous; But the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, And His soul hates the [malevolent] one who loves violence.
The Lord tests and proves the [unyieldingly] righteous, but His soul abhors the wicked and him who loves violence.
The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The Lord examines the righteous, but he hates the wicked and those who love violence.
The Lord examines both the righteous and the wicked; his very being hates anyone who loves violence.
Adonai tests the righteous; but he hates the wicked and the lover of violence.
The Lord tests honest people, but despises those who are cruel and love violence.
Jehovah trieth the righteous one; but the wicked, and him that loveth violence, his soul hateth.
Who have said: We will magnify our tongue; our lips are our own; who is Lord over us?
The Lord examines those who are good and those who are wicked; he hates those who enjoy hurting others.
The Lord watches both good people and wicked people. Good people please him, but he hates wicked people and cruel people.
The Lord is righteous. He examines the wicked. He really hates those who love violence.
The Lord tests the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence.

The Lord ·tests [examines] ·those who do right and those who do wrong [the righteous and the wicked], but he hates those who love ·to hurt others [violence].
The Lord will try the righteous; but the wicked, and him that loveth iniquity, doth his soul hate.

He puts the righteous and the wicked to the test; he hates those loving violence.
But God hasn’t moved to the mountains; his holy address hasn’t changed. He’s in charge, as always, his eyes taking everything in, his eyelids Unblinking, examining Adam’s flesh and blood inside and out, not missing a thing. He tests the good and the bad alike; if anyone cheats, God’s outraged. Fail the test and you’re out, out in a hail of firestones, Drinking from a canteen filled with hot desert wind.

The Lord approves of the godly, but he hates the wicked and those who love to do violence.
The Lord watches over those who do what is right. But he really hates sinful people and those who love to hurt others.

The Eternal searches the hearts of those who are good, but He despises all those who can’t get enough of perversion and violence.
Yahweh examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence.
The Lord asketh a just man, and an unfaithful man; but he, that loveth wickedness, hateth his soul. (The Lord assayeth the righteous, and the unrighteous alike; and with all his soul, he hateth those who love wickedness.)
