⁸ “And to the angel of the church in ^(A)Smyrna write:

^(B)The first and the last, who ^[a](C)was dead, and has come to life, says this:

^6 (A)and swore by ^(B)Him who lives forever and ever, ^(C)who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that ^(D)there will no longer be a delay,
