The Jews under the Law

¹⁷ But if you call yourself a ^[a]Jew and ^(A)rely ^[b]upon the Law and boast in God,

²³ You who ^(A)boast ^[a]in the Law, through your breaking the Law, do you dishonor God?

² For if Abraham was justified ^[a]by works, he has something to boast about; but ^(A)not ^[b]before God.

²⁹ so that ^(A)no ^[a]human may boast before God. ³⁰ But it is ^[b]due to Him that you are in ^(B)Christ Jesus, who became to us ^(C)wisdom from God, ^[c]and ^(D)righteousness and ^(E)sanctification, and ^(F)redemption, ³¹ so that, just as it is written: “^(G)Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
