⁵ The mountains ^(A)melted like wax at the presence of the Lord,
At the presence of the ^(B)Lord of the whole earth.

64 ^[a]Oh, that You would tear open the heavens and ^(A)come down,
That the mountains would ^(B)quake at Your presence—
^2 [b]As fire kindles brushwood, as fire causes water to boil—
To make Your name known to Your adversaries,
That the ^(C)nations may tremble at Your presence!

⁵ Mountains ^(A)quake because of Him,
And the hills ^(B)come apart;
Indeed the earth is ^(C)upheaved by His presence,
The ^(D)world and all the inhabitants in it.
