    ^(B)there is no longer any prophet,
    and there is none among us who knows how long.

¹⁸ Where ^(A)there is no prophetic vision the people ^(B)cast off restraint,^[a]
    but blessed is he who ^(C)keeps the law.

^7 (A)the seers shall be disgraced,
    and the diviners put to shame;
^(B)they shall all cover their lips,
    for ^(C)there is no answer from God.
