    with arrogance^(B) they threaten oppression.^(C)

⁴ To the arrogant^(A) I say, ‘Boast no more,’^(B)
    and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horns.^[a](C)

    all the evildoers are full of boasting.^(B)
