^5 (A)I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
And ^(B)in His word I do hope.

⁹ And it will be said in that day:
“Behold, this is our God;
^(A)We have waited for Him, and He will save us.
This is the Lord;
We have waited for Him;
^(B)We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”

²⁵ The Lord is good to those who ^(A)wait for Him,
To the soul who seeks Him.
