15 All day long my dishonor is before me
And [a]I am covered with my (A)humiliation,
16 Because of the voice of one who (B)taunts and reviles,
Because of the presence of the (C)enemy and the avenger.
17 All this has come upon us, but we have (D)not forgotten You,
And we have not (E)dealt falsely with Your covenant.
