¹⁴ So Balak took him to Lookout Field^[a] on top of Pisgah, built seven altars, and offered a bull and a ram on each altar.

¹⁷ The Arabah and Jordan are also borders from Chinnereth^[a] as far as the Sea of the Arabah, the Dead Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah on the east.^(A)

²⁷ Go to the top of Pisgah and look to the west, north, south, and east, and see it with your own eyes, for you will not cross this Jordan.^(A)
